Sign up for an AIC account via email address or phone

First, user needs to go to the AIC page on the web page. AIC is accessible through browser channels at any time.

After that, user can navigate to the home page and proceed to the registration section to create an account.

How to bind and change mobile phone number

Binding and changing mobile phone numbers can only be done on the PC If you need to bind or change your phone number, please follow the steps below:

(1) Bind mobile phone number Go to the AIC homepage, log in to your account, and click your profile picture in the upper right corner.

Click "Personal Information" in "Settings" to bind the mobile phone number.

Enter the the received verification code sent to the phone number to perform the binding operation.

(2) Change mobile phone number

Go to the AIC homepage, log in to your account, and click your profile picture in the upper right corner.

Click "Personal Information" in "Personal Center", and then click "Change" on the mobile phone bar.

Enter your phone number and SMS verification code to change your phone number.

If there is a delay in receiving the verification code, please try again or call for assistance from online customer service.

Notification/Captcha Question

If the user cannot receive the mobile phone verification code, email verification code or other notifications when using AIC, please refer to the following solutions.

(1) Mobile phone verification code

Click "Send Verification Code" several times and keep waiting Confirm whether there is third-party software on the mobile phone that prevents the verification code from being sent

(2) Email verification code

Confirm whether the mailbox is marked as spam by default

Forgot the password

If the user forgets the password, the password can be retrieved in the following ways:

Find the login entry on the web page

Click "Forgot Password"

Enter the mobile phone number or email address bound during registration

Reset password - confirm password - receive verification code

Deposit funds in AIC account

There is a way to deposit funds in an AIC account:

(1) Transfer from other cryptocurrency wallets to AIC wallets

Notice: Before purchasing/ recharging/ withdrawing cryptocurrencies, users must first complete identity verification.

There are no fees for cryptocurrency top-ups at AIC.

Choose the right protocol (ERC20, TRC20, BEP2, BEP20, etc.) on the platform for withdrawing cryptocurrencies. The agreement must be valid for the user's AIC wallet address.

Please proceed with caution, choosing the wrong protocol may result in asset loss.
